摘要
为充分发挥JWF1313型并条机的效能以提高并条质量,介绍其性能特点、主要技术指标以及牵伸控制系统、质量调整系统和智能断条系统,详述其运转维修要点、确定合理保养周期、做好清洁以及罗拉胶辊保养、规范操作、重点检修部位及检查内容,分析该机使用中出现的问题及处理方法。指出:JWF1313型并条机是非自调匀整并条机中的先进机型,并条工序是消除半制品不匀的最后工序,应根据质量变化及时维护和调整设备,做好器材专件清洁工作;加强系统研究,设计更高性能的并条机以满足行业发展需要。
In order to give full play to the efficiency of drawing machine JWF1313 to improve drawing quality,the paper introduces its performance characteristics,main technical indicators,drafting control system,quality adjustment system and intelligent broken sliver system with elaboration of its operation and maintenance points,regulations on proper maintenance cycle,cleaning,and roller maintenance,standardized operation,key repair parts and inspection contents are worked out,and analysis is given on the machine troubles and solutions.It is pointed out that drawing frame JWF1313 is an advanced non-self-leveling drawing frame,and the drawing process is the last process to eliminate uneven semi-products.The equipment should be maintained and adjusted in time according to the quality changes,and the cleaning of special parts of equipment should be done well;the systematic research should be strengthened to design drawing frame with higher performances to meet the needs of the industry development.
