摘要
一般采用电化学试验,包括:极化曲线、电化学阻抗谱、阳极钝化曲线等来分析金属腐蚀特性;而声发射采用"被动听声"的方式,通过分析活性腐蚀过程中产生的声发射信号,揭示金属腐蚀源机制和动态腐蚀行为,进而估算腐蚀速率并进行腐蚀源定位。总结了声发射在不锈钢、铝及铝合金和碳钢腐蚀研究中的应用和展望,以促进声发射技术在工程实际中的应用。
Electrochemical experiments such as:polarization curve,electrochemical impedance spectroscopy,anodic passivation curve and so on are generally used in metal corrosion research to analyze the characters of metal corrosion.However,acoustic emission(AE)technology takes the way of'passive listening',by analyzing AE signals generated in active corrosion,to reveal the corrosion mechanism and dynamic corrosion behavior,further to estimate the corrosion rate and locate the corrosion source.The prospects and application of AE technology in the corrosion research of stainless steels,aluminum alloys and carbon steels are summairized in order to promote the application of AE technology to engineering.
