摘要 经过分离驯化筛选,从渤海湾海边土壤中获得一株能够生产微生物絮凝剂的SY-Z5菌株,经分子生物学鉴定为巨大芽孢杆菌(Bacillus magaterium),该生物絮凝剂与生产γ-聚谷氨酸的枯草芽孢杆菌(Bacillus subtilis)SY-ND发酵液复配使用具良好絮凝效果,采用单因素筛选及正交试验对使用条件进行优化,结果表明,絮凝100 m L 40%高岭土悬浮液时,最佳使用条件为1%Ca Cl21.0 m L,产絮菌SY-Z5发酵液1.5 m L,SY-ND发酵液0.5 m L,调pH为9。在此条件下处理焦化废水,悬浮物去除率达65.5%,说明微生物絮凝剂SYZ5与SY-ND菌株复配能够有效去除悬浮物,作为絮凝剂应用具有开发前景。 The strain of Bacillus magaterium SY-Z5 which was able to produce efficient bio-flocculation is obtained from Bohai Bay beach soil,and it has been showed good flocculation activity when Bacillus magaterium SY-Z5 was mixed with Bacillus subtilis SY-ND which can produce γ-PGA. The experiment conditions were optimized using single factor screening and orthogonal experiments. The results showed that when 1.0 m L 1% Ca Cl2,1.5 m L the bioflocculant and 0.5 m L culture broth of SY-ND were mixed in 100 m L Gaolin suspension at pH 9,the highest flocculation efficiency was obtained. Under this experiment condition,the removal rate of suspended substance in coking waste water achieved 65.5%.
