果胶酶和纤维素酶对五龙鹅免疫性能和血清生化指标的影响 被引量:3

摘要 试验旨在研究饲粮中添加果胶酶和纤维素酶对五龙鹅免疫性能和血清生化指标的影响。选用1日龄五龙鹅216只,随机分为6个组,每个组3个重复,每个重复12只鹅,公母各半。Ⅰ组饲喂基础饲粮,Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ组在基础饲粮的基础上分别添加5 000、10 000、15 000 U/kg的果胶酶,Ⅴ组在基础饲粮的基础上添加5 000 U/kg的果胶酶和40 000 U/kg的纤维素酶,Ⅵ组在基础饲粮的基础上添加10 000 U/kg的果胶酶和40 000 U/kg的纤维素酶。研究果胶酶和纤维素酶对五龙鹅免疫性能和血清生化指标的影响。结果提示,饲料中添加果胶酶对4周龄和16周龄五龙鹅免疫性能和血清生化指标无显著影响。10 000 U/kg果胶酶与40 000 U/kg纤维素酶配合使用能显著提高16周龄五龙鹅脾脏指数、法氏囊指数、血糖和血清总蛋白浓度,显著降低16周龄五龙鹅血清尿酸和尿素氮浓度。 This experiment was conducted to study the effects of adding pectinase and cellulase to dieton immune performance and serum biochemical indexes of wulong geese. A total of 216 one-day-old wu-long geese were randomly divided into 6 groups with 3 replicates per groups, and 12 geese in each repli-cate. The control(groupⅠ) was fed a basal diet, groupⅡ, Ⅲ and Ⅳwere fed the basal diets supplement-ing pectinase 5 000, 10 000 and 15 000 U/kg, group Ⅴwas fed basal diet with 5 000 U/kg pectinaseand 40 000 U/kg cellulose, group Ⅵ was fed basal diet with 10 000 U/kg pectinase and 40 000 U/kgcellulose. Study the effect of adding pectinase and cellulase to diet on immune performance and serumbiochemical indexes of wulong geese. These results indicated that the supplementation of pectinasehas no significant effect on immune performance and serum biochemical indexes of wulong geese.Thesupplementation of 10 000 U/kg pectinase and 40 000 U/kg cellulose can significantly improve thespleen index, bursa of fabricius index, blood sugar and serum total protein concentration, significantlyreduce the serum uric acid and urea nitrogen concentration in 5~16 weeks.
