本文综述了哺乳动物核移植研究的历史、现状、意义及存在问题 。
In this paper, the history and progress of study on nuclear trnsfer in mammalian animals were reviewed. And at the same time, point out the problems of cloning techniques of today. And give some views on the development trend of somatic nuclear transfer in mammal.
