摘要
实验表明棉种含水量较少(<10％)或偏高(>15％)时,机械脱绒易损伤棉种,降低棉种的发芽率,影响出苗。本文介绍了小型MQJ-1型硫酸脱绒棉种清洗机的总体设计,工艺流程,主要技术参数。分析了滚筒转速对落水区域的影响,提出了确定排水孔孔径及数量的依据。
Experiments show that mechanical delinting will result in seed damage and lower emergence rate of cottonseed when its moisture content is lower ( 10% )or hihger( 15%). The overall design, technical flow chart and main technical data of the washer for cotton seed after acid-delinted are introduced in this paper.The effect of cylinder rotating speed on water dropping area is analyzed, and the scientific basis of determining the size and number of dewatering hole is presented.
