摘要
采用熔融缩合聚合的方法 ,在醇、酸等摩尔比的前提下 ,琥珀酸与草酸的摩尔比为 1/ 2 2 ,催化剂为 0 .2 5 % (质量 ) ,热稳定剂为 0 .0 1% (质量 ) ,分阶段升温反应 ,制得了高分子量 ( Mw=5 .7× 10 5)的聚 (草酸乙二醇酯 - co-琥珀酸乙二醇酯 )。实验结果表明 ,该脂肪族聚脂不仅具有良好的光学性能和生物降解性 ,而且在相容剂的作用下与
Poly(ethylene glycol oxalate-co-ethylene glycol succinate) was synthesized by melt condensation polymerization. The optimal reaction conditions were the monomers, aliph, diols and aliph, dicarboxylic acid equal moles, 1/22 ratio of succinic acid and oxalic acid, 0.25% catalyst and 0.01% thermal stabilizer. The aliph polyester with high molecular weight( w= 5.7×10 5) was prepared by a reaction which the temperature was raised step by step at the above conditions. This polyester has an excellent optical property and good biodegradability. In the presence of the compatibilizer, the polyester can be blend with LDPE.
