摘要
针对中国图书馆人力资源管理的现状,从增量提高、存量优化和管理使用3方面探讨建立图书馆人力资源开发与管理的新机制。
According to the status - quo of the human resources at the libraries in China,this paper discusses the development of the human resources and the new management mechanism in three aspects of the growth in quantity, and the optimism in storage, and the utilization and management.
