摘要
深入研究LED器件的半导体特性 ,对高密度LED矩阵显示屏提出了实现灰度显示的解决方案 ,并给出了测试电路对该方案进行验证 实验表明 。
A scheme of gray display in high density LED board is designed based on the semiconductor characteristic of LED. The test circuit for the scheme is used to verify it. Experiments have showed that the design realizes the gray display of LED while giving enough attention to brightness and gray scale.
