摘要
用于橡胶制品硫化的硫化罐,按照相关工艺规范要求,罐内温度均匀性为±5℃,压力为0.3MPa,恢复时间为10min。本文针对橡胶制品硫化罐硫化工艺这些严格、特殊的要求,研究了硫化罐的温度控制和测量方法。研究表明:只有采用合理的测量方法,才能准确地测量出温场温度,根据测量结果正确选择控制传感器,科学地设定加热时间、蒸汽压力等参数,方能使设备满足硫化工艺对温度均匀性和恢复时间的要求。
According to related process specification,for vulcanization tank applied to rubber product vulcanization, the temperature uniformity of inner tank is ± 5℃,pressure is 0. 3MPa and recovery time is 10 minutes. This essay is focus on temperature control and survey methods of vulcanization tank based on strict and specific vulcanization process of rubber product vulcanization tank. Research indicates that only by application of reasonable survey method,can we accurately test the temperature distribution,correctly choose control sensors as well as scientifically set the parameter including heating time and steam pressure,etc. according to survey results. Finally,equipment meet the requirements of vulcanization process on temperature uniformity and recovery time.
