摘要
目的:探讨3D超声对大鼠视网膜的影响。方法:将24只Wister大鼠依据3D超声照射时间随机分为对照组、10min组、20min组、30min组、40min组、50min组,每组4只。除对照组外,其余各组应用3D超声分别给予眼部10min、20min、30min、40min及50min的持续照射,连续照射3d后脱臼处死,取出眼球,用10%福尔马林液固定24h,常规梯度酒精脱水、石蜡包埋、切片、HE染色,显微镜下观察、拍照。结果:10min组、20min组与对照组比较,无明显差异;30min组节细胞水肿,可见空泡变性。40min组、50min组双极细胞、节细胞、神经胶质均出现水肿。结论:3D超声持续照射大鼠眼部较长时间,视网膜可出现双极细胞、节细胞水肿,空泡变性,神经胶质水肿。
Objective: To investigate the effects of three dimensional(3D) ultrasound on rat retinas . Methods: Twenty-four rats were randomly divided into six groups:control group, 10 min group,20 min group,30 min group,40 min group,50 min group.Except the control group,the ocular tissues of rats in the other five groups were continuously exposed to 3D ultrasound for 10 min,20 min,30 min,40 min and 50 min per day,respectively,and then were immediately sacrificed by dislocated after 3 days.Eyeballs of rats in the six group were token out and fixed with 10% formalin for 24 h.And then these eyeballs were dehydrated by conventional gradient alcohol,embedded by paraffin,and sliced.Tissue slices of eyeballs were stained by HE,observed and photographed by microscope. Results: There was no significant difference among the control group,10 min group and 20 min group.Ganglion cells were altered in rats which were continuously exposed to 3D ultrasound for 30 min group.Bipolar cells, ganglion cells and neuroglia were changed after 3D ultrasound expose for 40 min group and 50 min group. Conclusion: Retinal bipolar cell edema,ganglion cell edema,vacuolar degeneration,and glial edema are resulted from continuous 3D ultrasound exposure for more than 30 min in ocular tissues of rats.
