摘要
通过对多个项目施工管理进行分析,并在施工管理过程中紧紧抓住安全、质量、工期及投资4个关键点,认识到工作中的不足,并科学统筹好各项目的建设工作,确保关键项目土建工程能按期完成。
Through the analysis of construction management of several projects, this paper firmly grasps the four key points of safety,quality, time limit and investment in the process of construction management, recognizes the shortcomings in the work, and coordinates the construction work of various projects scientifically to ensure the completion of key projects on schedule.
