摘要
目的 研究蜕膜组织中CD47及CRT的表达情况及与其相关性。 方法 选取2017年6月至2018年10月我院妇产科收治并诊断为稽留流产的40例患者作为研究对象,并纳入同期行人工流产的正常早孕患者为对照组(42例)。观察两组患者蜕膜组织中CD47及CRT表达情况,分析CD47及CRT在蜕膜组织中表达的相关性。 结果 WesternBlot检测结果表明,与对照组比较,稽留流产组患者蜕膜组织中CRT表达极显著升高,CD47表达极显著下降(P<0.01)。CRT在脱膜组织中定位于细胞浆及胞膜呈阳性表达,稽留流产组患者蜕膜组织中CRT表达升高且显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。CD47在蜕膜组织中定位于细胞浆及胞膜呈阳性表达,稽留流产组患者蜕膜组织中CD47表达下降且显著低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。稽留流产组患者蜕膜组织中CRT的积分光密度值(IOD)水平显著高于对照组,CD47的IOD值显著低于对照组(P<0.01)。两组患者CRT与CD47的IOD水平采用Pearman相关性分析,结果显示稽留流产组蜕膜组织中CRT与CD47的IOD值呈负相关(r=-0.648,P=0.012),对照组患者蜕膜组织中CRT与CD47的IOD值呈正相关(r=0.324,P=0.023)。 结论 蜕膜组织中CRT、CD47的异常表达,可能对稽留流产进程发挥着重要作用。
Objective : To investigate the correlation between the expression of CD47 and CRT in decidua tissues. Methods : Forty patients admitted for missed abortion in the Department of Gynecology and Obstetrics of our hospital from June 2017 to October 2018 were selected as the study subjects,and 42 normal early pregnancy patients who underwent induced abortion during the same period were included as the control group.The expressions of CD47 and CRT in decidua tissues of the two groups were observed,and the correlation between the expressions of CD47 and CRT in decidua tissues was analyzed. Results : The results of Western blot showed that the expression of CRT was significantly increased and the expression of CD47 was significantly decreased in decidua tissues of the missed abortion group compared with the control group( P <0.01).CRT was positively expressed in the cytoplasm and membrane of the decidua tissues.The expression of CRT in the decidua tissues of the missed abortion group was significantly higher than that of the control group( P <0.01).CD47 was positively expressed in the cytoplasm and membrane of decidua tissues.The expression of CD47 in decidua tissues of missed abortion group was significantly lower than that of control group( P <0.01).The integral optical density(IOD)level of CRT in decidua tissues of the missed abortion group was significantly higher than that of the control group,and the IOD level of CD47 was significantly lower than that of the control group( P <0.01).Pearman correlation analysis of IOD levels of CD47 and CRT in the decidua tissues of two groups showed that the IOD value of CD47 was negatively correlated with CRT in decidua of missed abortion group( r =-0.648 , P =0.012),and the IOD value of CD47 was positively correlated with CRT in decidua of control group( r =0.324, P =0.023). Conclusions : The abnormal expression of CRT and CD47 in decidua may play an important role in the process of MA.
