摘要
在科技和知识主导的现代社会中,学习被认为是应对社会变动不居的有效良方。学习又被认为是人的一项基本权利,应该贯穿于人的一生当中,未来的学习化社会应该为所有人的终身学习、个性化学习和学习的便利性提供多种机会、各种条件和丰富资源。为此必须构建一种融合贯通的现代教育体系,使得各级教育之间上下贯通、各类教育之间左右畅通、教育内外相互融通。
The value and function of learning has undergone a process of gradual discovery.In a modern society dominated by technology and knowledge,learning is considered to be an effective recipe for dealing with social changes.Learning is also considered to be a basic right of human beings.It should be embedded in the life of a person.The future learning society should provide multiple opportunities,conditions and conditions for the lifelong learning,personalized learning and learning convenience of all.Rich in resources.To this end,it is necessary to construct a modern education system that is integrated and integrated,so that education at all levels can be connected up and down,all kinds of education can be smoothly communicated,and education can be integrated inside and outside.
