中红外光谱法快速测定柴油中硝酸酯型十六烷值改进剂 被引量:3

Fast Determination of Nitric Acid Ester Cetane Number Improver in Diesel Fuel by Mid-Infrare d Spectrometry

摘要 建立中红外光谱法测定柴油中硝酸酯型十六烷值改进剂。在优化的红外光谱条件下,样品直接进样,操作简单快速,没有任何前处理过程。选取柴油中常用的十六烷值改进剂硝酸异辛酯建立校正模型,结果显示,柴油中硝酸异辛酯含量在0.02%(v/v)~0.5%(v/v)范围内,在1635cm^-1和1275cm^-1附近波段均呈现良好的线性,校正模型相关系数(Corr.coeff)均大于0.999,样品重复测定5次,相对标准偏差小于2.5%,加标回收率在92.3%~103.3%之间。本方法还与国标方法进行比对试验,得到良好的对应关系。 A method for the determination of nitric acid ester cetane number improver in diesel by mid-infrared spectroscopy was developed. Under the optimal conditions, the sample was injected directly, the operation was simple and fast while there was no pretreatment process. 2-Ethylhexyl nitrate(EHN) was selected to build calibration model. The results showed that the EHN has a good linearity in the concentration of 0.02 %(V/V) to 0.5 %(V/V), the correlation coefficient reached more than 0.999 in both 1635 cm^-1 and 1275 cm^-1 wavelength. The relative standard deviations (RSD) was less than 2.5 %(V/V)(n=5) and the recovery of EHN was between 92.3 % and 103.3 %. The method was also compared with national standard method, and a good correspondence was obtained.
