摘要
基于四溴双酚A和溴代三嗪两种阻燃体系设计开发了三种阻燃ABS材料,通过氙灯老化和水煮实验进行F1老化性能评估。结果表明:四溴和三嗪体系阻燃ABS具有较好的水煮性能,两种阻燃体系在水煮和氙灯老化条件下具有较好的阻燃性能保持率,三嗪体系阻燃ABS具有较好的F1性能,耐候剂对于抑制橡胶交联降解和保持材料韧性具有较好作用,可明显提升阻燃ABS的UL746CF1性能。
Three kinds of flame retardant ABS materials were developed based on the design of two flame retardant systems, tetrabrobisphenol A and triazine bromide. F1 aging performance was evaluated by xenon lamp aging and water boiling experiments. The results show that: The flame retardant ABS of tetrabromo and triazine system has good water boiling performance. The two flame retardant systems have good flame retardant performance under the condition of water boiling and xenon lamp aging. The flame retardant ABS of triazine system has good F1 performance. Weather-resistant agents have good effects on inhibiting rubber cross-linking degradation and maintaining toughness, it significantly improves the performance of UL 746C F1 for flame retardant ABS.
