摘要
目的探讨临床药师在精神科开展精准药学服务的方法及其作用。方法与结果通过案例介绍临床药师借助药物基因检测以及寻找循证药学证据,为精神疾病患者提供个体化药学服务的过程,帮助药师和医生判断药物的不良反应和临床疗效,保证用药精准。结论精准药学服务可有效地为患者提供最佳的给药方案,促进合理用药。
Objective To explore the method and function of precision pharmaceutical care for clinical pharmacists in psychiatry department.Methods and Results This case report introduced the process of clinical pharmacists providing individualized pharmaceutical care for patients with mental illness by drug gene detection and evidence-based pharmaceutical evidence.It was helpful for pharmacists and doctors to judge the adverse reactions and clinical efficacy of drugs and ensure the accuracy of drugs.Conclusion Precision pharmaceutical care can effectively provide patients with the best drug delivery scheme and promote rational drug use.
