摘要
目的研究负压吸宫术后口服屈螺酮炔雌醇Ⅱ的临床疗效。方法将2018年2月~2019年2月就诊我院计划生育科自愿行人工流产术的200位女性作为研究对象,随机分为观察组100例及对照组100例,观察组术后口服屈螺酮炔雌醇Ⅱ及常规消炎、促宫缩药物,对照组仅口服常规消炎及促宫缩药物,观察两组患者术后出血时间、出血量、月经恢复时间、术后15 d内膜厚度及术后3个月内重复流产率。结果观察组术后出血时间短于对照组,出血量少于对照组,月经恢复时间短,术后15 d内膜厚度大于对照组,重复流产率低于对照组,差异均具有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论负压吸宫术后口服屈螺酮炔雌醇Ⅱ能够减少术后出血时间及出血量,增加术后内膜厚度,使月经及时复潮,避免重复流产的发生。
Objective To investigate the clinical effect of drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ)after uterine suction with negative pressure.Methods From February 2018 to February 2019,200 women who voluntarily underwent induced abortion in the family planning department of our hospital were selected as research objects,randomly divided into observation group 100 cases and control group 100 cases,the observation group was treated with drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ)and routine anti-inflammatory and contractile therapy,the control group received only routine anti-inflammatory and contractile therapy,the postoperative bleeding time,blood loss,menstrual recovery time,intimal thickness 15 days after surgery,and repeated abortion rate within 3 months were observed in the two groups.Results The observation group showed statistically significant differences in postoperative bleeding time,amount,menstrual recovery time,intimal thickness and repeated abortion rate at 15 days after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Immediate administration of drospirenone and ethinylestradiol tablets(Ⅱ)after negative pressure uterine suction can reduce postoperative bleeding time and blood loss,increase postoperative intima thickness,timely return of menstruation,and avoid the occurrence of repeated abortion,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
