摘要
随着我国城市生活垃圾分类制度实施方案的颁布,各地市垃圾源头分类工作都已经取得显著成效,但是分类后的有机垃圾(易腐垃圾)该何去何从,如何实现这部分固体废弃物的资源化利用及低碳化管理,如何降低处理过程中的水耗能耗并消除二次污染,尤其是如何实现项目的经济可持续性,这些都是目前亟待解决的问题。文章通过对国内外车库式干发酵技术现状及工程实践进行了综合比较,并基于我国分类后有机生活垃圾特性,设计了一套垃圾资源化利用方案,希望通过文章可以为我国分类后的有机生活垃圾综合处理提供一种新模式。
With the promulgation of the implementation plan of the municipal solid waste classification system in China, significant achievements have been made in the source garbage classification in various cities. However, these classified organic waste(perishable waste) where to go?How to achievethe resource utilization of these solid wastes and realize low-carbon management?How to reduce water consumption, energy consumption and eliminate secondary pollution, especially how to achieve the project economic sustainability?These are the issues that need to be solved. This article comprehensively compared the current status and engineering practice of garage type dry fermentation technology in domestic and foreign countries. The article designed a set of waste resource utilization scheme based on the characteristics of classified organic waste in China, hoping this article could provide a new model for the comprehensive treatment of classified organic waste in China.
