34例行射频消融术治疗房颤患者的围术期护理体会被引量：5

摘要目的观察对行射频消融术治疗房颤患者进行围手术期全面护理干预的护理效果。方法 34例行射频消融术治疗房颤患者作为观察对象,对患者术前、术中及术后进行相应护理。观察记录患者治疗效果,并随访1~30个月,记录患者治疗后病情及并发症发生情况。结果 34例患者行射频消融术治疗后,痊愈28例,有效5例,无效1例。无效1例患者,经二次手术后,获得成功。随访1~30个月,所有病例均病情稳定。34例患者中有4例出现并发症,其中1例出现心脏骤停,紧急抢救后好转,心律恢复正常;3例出现穿刺点渗血,经压迫止血后好转,不再出血。结论对房颤行射频消融术的患者进行围手术期全面的护理干预,可减少并发症的发生,能提高治疗效果,利于患者康复。
