低成本绿色充填胶凝材料试验研究 被引量:32

Experimental Study on the Cementitious Material of Low-cost Green Filling

摘要 针对思山岭铁矿超细全尾砂,以本溪钢铁公司矿渣、钢渣和脱硫石膏为原料,开展了适用于思山岭铁矿阶段嗣后充填法采矿的钢渣基全固废充填胶凝材料研究。采用正交试验设计进行钢渣、脱硫石膏、矿渣全固废胶凝材料胶结体强度试验和胶结充填体体积收缩率检测。结果显示,脱硫石膏对胶结充填体7d强度影响大于钢渣,但28d强度相反;胶结充填体28d体积收缩率小于6%,其充填体后期存在微膨胀。钢渣基全固废胶凝材料胶结体28d强度优化配方为钢渣35%、石膏12%、矿渣53%,其材料成本为13.98元/t,比胶固粉成本降低35.49%,充填体28d强度达到1.54MPa;大掺量钢渣基胶凝材料胶结体28d强度优化配方为钢渣50%、脱硫石膏20%、矿渣30%,材料成本为15.88元/t,比胶固粉成本降低26.72%,充填体28d强度达到1.5MPa。 Aiming at the ultra-fine full tailings in Sishanling Iron Mine,the slag,steel slag and desulfurization gypsum in Benxi Iron and Steel Company were taken as raw materials.Then,the steel slag-based full-solid waste filling cementitious material was studied to be suitable for subsequent backfilling mining of this mine.Orthogonal test design was used to test the strength of full-solid waste filling cementitious body of steel slag,desulfurized gypsum and slag,as well as to measure the volume shrinkage of cementitious filling body.The results showed that for the 7 dstrength of cemented backfill,the desulfurization gypsum had a greater effect than steel slag,but for the 28 dstrength,it was opposite.The volume shrinkage of cemented backfill was less than 6%in 28 d,and there was micro-expansion in the later stage of backfill.The optimum proportioning for28 dstrength of full-solid waste filling cementitious material was 35% of steel slag,12% of gypsum and 53% of slag.Its material cost was 13.98 RMB/t,which was 35.49%lower than the cost of cementitious powder,and the strength of filling body reached 1.54 MPa.In addition,the optimum proportioning for 28 dstrength of large-amount steel slag-based cementitious material was 50% of steel slag,20% of desulfurization gypsum and 30% of slag.Its material cost was 15.88 RMB/t,which was 26.72%lower than the cost of cementitious powder,and the strength of the filling body reached 1.5 MPa in 28 d.
