摘要
目的观察左归丸治疗肝肾阴虚型缺血性脑卒中患者运动功能障碍的临床疗效。方法将60例单侧肢体运动障碍肝肾阴虚型缺血性脑卒中患者,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各30例。对照组给予常规治疗,治疗组患者在常规治疗基础上给予左归丸汤剂治疗8周。应用Fugl-Meyer运动功能评定量表,评价治疗前后2组患者的肢体运动功能;NIHSS评分、Barthel指数量表、中医病类诊断评分,评价神经功能缺损情况、日常自主生活能力、中医证候改善情况。结果治疗前2组患者在Fugl-Meyer、NIHSS评分、Barthel指数评分、中医病类诊断评分方面无明显差异,治疗后2组患者的Fugl-Meyer、NIHSS评分、Barthel指数评分、中医病类诊断评分均优于治疗前(P<0.05),且左归丸治疗组上述各项评分均优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论左归丸治疗肝肾阴虚型缺血性脑卒中疗效明显,有助于瘫痪肢体运动功能恢复。
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of Zuogui Pill in the treatment of motor disorder in patients with ischemic stroke of liver and kidney yin deficiency. Methods Sixty ischemic stroke patients with unilateral limb motor disorder and liver-kidney yin deficiency were randomly divided into control group (n = 30) and treatment group (n = 30). The patients in the control group were given conventional treatment, and the patients in the treatment group were treated with Zuogui Pill decoction for 8 weeks on the basis of conventional treatment. The Fugl-Meyer motor function rating scale was used to evaluate the limb motor function of the two groups before and after treatment;NIHSS score, Barthel index scale, and TCM disease diagnosis score were used to evaluate neurological deficit, daily self-living ability and TCM syndrome improvement. Results There were no significant differences in Fugl-Meyer, NIHSS score, Barthel index score, and TCM diagnosis scores between the two groups before treatment. The scores of Fugl-Meyer, NIHSS score, Barthel index score, and TCM diagnosis after treatment were better than those before treatment (P < 0.05), and the scores of the Zuogui Pill treatment group were better than the control group (P < 0.05). Conclusion Zuogui Pill is effective in treating patients with ischemic stroke of liver-kidney yin deficiency, which is helpful for the recovery of motor function.
