摘要
基于空压机润滑油冷却原理,通过介质冷却回收空压机余热制备热水,用于满足职工洗浴热水的需求,替代4t/h燃气锅炉,每天可制备45℃热水150t以上,提高了空压机运行效率,制备了洗浴热水,同时创造了可观的经济效益,提高了煤矿企业节能减排指标,是建设绿色矿山的重要条件之一,具有广阔的发展空间。
Based on the cooling principle of air compressor lubricating oil, the residual heat of air compressor is recovered to prepare warm water by means of dielectric cooling, which can meet the need of employees for warm bathwater. Instead of 4t/h gas boiler, more than 150 tons of warm water at 45°C can be prepared every day, which improves the operation efficiency of air compressor, brings considerable economic benefits, improves the index of energy saving and emission reduction in coal mine enterprises. It is one of the important conditions for constructing green mines and has broad development space.
