摘要
农田水利工程公益性强,投资需求巨大。武城县按照山东省水利厅确定的“系统化规划、规模化推进、高标准建设、新技术支撑、文明式发展、用水户参与”的建设思路,在改革项目实施方式、明晰和移交工程产权、创新运行管护机制方面取得了一定进展。
According to the construction idea of the provincial Water Resources Bureau-systematic planning, large-scale propulsion, high standard construction, the new technical support, the civilized development, water user participation, Wucheng County has well organized and vigorously promoted the construction task. So far, the annual construction tasks have been completed in accordance with the approved construction plan and carrying out plan. Certain progress has been made in the project implementation, engineering property, and innovation operation mechanism of the management .
