摘要
目的分析压疮护理中专科护理质量管理对护理质量以及护士核心能力的影响。方法我院在2018年1月—2019年1月期间压疮护理中实行专科护理质量管理,与实施前(2016年12月—2017年12月期间)的预防方案落实率、院内压疮发生率、护理质量评价、护士核心能力进行对比。结果实施后预防方案落实率、护理质量评分显著高于实施前(P<0.05),院内压疮发生率显著低于实施前(P<0.05);实施后护士评判性思维、科研,临床护理,领导能力,人际关系,法律、伦理实践,专业发展,教育、咨询能力显著高于实施前(P<0.05)。结论压疮护理中实施专科护理质量管理可改善压疮预防方案落实情况,减少压疮发生,提升护理质量与护士核心能力。
Objective To analyze the impact of specialist nursing quality management on the quality of nursing and the core competence of nurses in pressure ulcer nursing.Methods Our hospital implemented the quality management of specialist nursing care during the pressure ulcer care from January 2018 to January 2019.The relevant data before the implementation(from December 2016 to December 2017)was used as a reference.Compare the implementation rate of prevention programs before and after implementation,the incidence of pressure ulcers in the hospital,the evaluation of nursing quality,and the core competence of nurses.Results After implementation,the implementation rate and nursing quality score of prevention program were significantly higher than before implementation(P<0.05).The incidence of pressure ulcer in hospital was significantly lower than that before implementation(P<0.05).After implementation,critical thinking,scientific research,clinical nursing,Leadership,interpersonal relationship,legal,ethical practice,professional development,education,and consulting skills were significantly higher than before implementation(P<0.05).Conclusion The quality management of specialist nursing in pressure ulcer nursing can improve the implementation of pressure ulcer prevention program,reduce pressure sores,improve the quality of care and the core competence of nurses.
