摘要
目的探讨全方位护理干预在大面积脑梗死合并心力衰竭患者中的应用效果。方法选取2016年2月至2018年7月于胶州市人民医院就诊的66例大面积脑梗死合并心力衰竭患者,按随机数表法分为参考组和观察组,每组33例。参考组患者接受常规护理,观察组患者在参考组基础上接受全方位护理干预。比较两组患者生活质量评分和心理健康情况。结果护理后观察组积极感受、总体健康状况、日常生活能力评分高于参考组,疼痛不适、昏迷状态、药物及医疗手段依赖性评分低于参考组,差异有统计学意义(均P<0.05)。参考组和观察组患者心理正常率分别为57.58%(19/33).81.82%(27/33).护理后观察组心理状态正常率高于参考组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论全方位护理干预可有效提高大面积脑梗死合并心力衰竭患者生活质量,缓解患者负面心理。
Objective To explore the effects of comprehensive nursing intervention in patients with large area cerebral infarction complicated with heart failure.Methods Sixty-six patients with large area cerebral infarction complicated with heart failure who were admitted to Jiaozhou People's Hospital from February 2016 to July 2018 were enrolled.The patients were divided into reference group and observation group according to the random number table method,with 33 cases in each group.Patients in reference group received routine nursing,and patients in observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention based on reference group.The quality of life scores and mental health status of the two groups were compared.Results After nursing,observation group's positive feeling,overall health status,and daily living ability scores were higher than reference group,pain discomfort,coma status,drug and medical dependence scores were lower than reference group,and the differences were statistically significant(all P<0.05).The psychological normal rates of reference group and observation group were 57.58%(19/33)and 81.82%(27/33),respectively.The normal rate of psychological status in observation group was higher than that in reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Comprehensive nursing intervention could effectively improve the quality of life of patients with large-area cerebral infarction complicated with heart failure and alleviate their negative psychology.
