摘要
患者满意度是我国公立医院医疗质量评价体系中的重要内容,近年来,第三方患者满意度评价因其客观、公平、可靠、有效的优点得到了广泛重视。通过对患者满意度和第三方评价概念、国内外第三方满意度评价的研究现状、满意度调查工具等相关研究的回顾,发现我国第三方满意度调查研究在法律制度监管、评价体系和模式、调查机构资质及反馈问题的处理等方面都存在严重不足,提出要重视医院患者满意度第三方调查、出台相关法律政策、培养相关专业的人才、研究符合中国国情的统一规范的患者满意度第三方调查体系等对策,以切实提高医院医疗服务质量。
Patient satisfaction is an important content of China's public hospital medical quality evaluation system.In recent years,patient satisfaction third party evaluation has received extensive attention because of its advantages of being objective,fair,reliable,effective,and so on.In this paper,through reviewing the concept of patient satisfaction,the progress of research in patients' satisfaction evaluation of the third party in home and abroad,patient satisfaction instrument research,it is found that there are serious deficiencies in the legal system,the evaluation system and model,the qualification of the investigation institutions and the treatment of the feedback,et.al.We should pay attention to the third-party investigation of hospital patient satisfaction and introduce some relevant laws and policies,and conduct in-depth research on the unified investigation system in line with our country conditions to improve the quality of medical service.
