摘要
目的探讨3D打印技术及3D胸腔镜技术应用在胸部肿瘤手术中的效果。方法回顾性分析2018年3-7月在复旦大学附属肿瘤医院胸外科接受3D打印技术辅助下3D胸腔镜技术10例患者的临床资料。所有患者的影像学数据以DICOM格式导入Mimics v14软件,制作3D肿瘤模型后,再进行3D胸腔镜辅助肿瘤切除术。结合病例分析总结护理要点。结果10例患者手术实际完成时长均短于术前预期时间,肿瘤均得以根治性切除,无残留。患者术后住院4~8 d,平均(5.9±1.8)d。截至2019年7月随访,10例患者未出现转移或复发。结论3D打印辅助3D胸腔镜下胸部肿瘤手术效果良好,值得推广。
Objective To explore the new challenges and effects of 3D printing technology and 3D thoracoscopic surgery in the treatment of thoracic tumors.Methods A retrospective analysis was used to analyze the clinical data of 10 patients who underwent 3D thoracoscopy assisted by 3D printing technology in the Department of Thoracic Surgery,Cancer Hospital Affiliated to Fudan University from March to July 2018.The patient's imaging data were imported into Mimics V14 software in DICOM format.After making a 3D tumor printing model,the patients underwent 3D thoracoscopic assisted tumor resection.The study was focused on the process during and after surgery,prognosis of the patients,and proposed new challenges and opportunities for surgical care after the new technology was launched.Results The actual operation time of 10 patients was shorter than the anticipated time before operation.All the tumors were radically resected without residual.Patients were hospitalized for 4 to 8 days after operation,with an average of(5.9±1.8)d.As of July 2019,no metastasis or recurrence occurred in 10 patients.Conclusions Combining 3D printing technology with 3D thoracoscopy technology can improve the quality of thoracic surgery thus deserving popularization.
