摘要
为保护水下焊接人员的人身安全,提高焊接电源通断相应时间,设计开发了一种水下湿法焊接远程遥控装置,该装置由水下开关组件、水密通讯电缆、陆上控制组件与信号输出插头等构成,可以实现由潜水员在水下自主操作焊接电源的通断,最大限度地缩短响应时间。实际应用结果表明,与传统的大功率闸刀相比,水下湿法焊接远程遥控装置的指令响应速度由2~4s缩短到0.2s以内,焊接过程中没有出现麻电现象和拉弧现象,为水下作业提供安全保障和便利。
In order to protect the personal safety of underwater welders,high-power knife switch is usually used to cut off the welding circuit in the underwater wet welding process to realize on-off control of the welding process.This method has some disadvantages such as slow response speed and poor security.Due to lack of the technique on controlling power supply and break,the equipment composition and operational using method of romote control device for underwater welding are introduced in the paper.The diver can control the power supply and break himself with the help of this romote control device under water.The response time can be shortened,electrical safety and convenience for underwater operating can be provided.
