摘要
目的:观察阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片联合穿王消炎片治疗急性咽扁桃体炎患者的临床效果。方法:选择急性咽扁桃体炎患者100例,以简单随机化法分为对照组(阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片治疗,n=50)与观察组(对照组基础上加用穿王消炎片治疗n=50),比较两组总有效率、血清炎性因子IL-6、IgG4、TNF-α水平、症状消除时间、药物不良反应率。结果:观察组总有效率为94.0%,高于对照组76.0%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组治疗前,IL-6、IgG4、TNF-α水平比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,两组IL-6、TNF-α水平均低于治疗前,IgG4水平高于治疗前,且观察组IL-6、TNF-α水平低于对照组,IgG4水平低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组高热消退、咽痛缓解、咽及扁桃体充血消除时间均短于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组不良反应率为4.0%;对照组不良反应率为6.0%,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片联合穿王消炎片治疗急性咽扁桃体炎的临床效果优于单纯阿莫西林克拉维酸钾片治疗效果。
Objective: To observe clinical effects of Amoxicillin and Clavulanate potassium tablets combined with Chuanwang Xiaoyan tablets in treatment of patients with acute pharyngotonsillitis. Methods: 100 patients with acute pharyngotonsillitis were selected and treated in our hospital. They were divided into control group (Amoxicillin and Clavulanate potassium tablets, n=50) and observation group (Amoxicillin and Clavulanate potassium tablets combined with Chuanwang Xiaoyan tablets, n=50) by using the simple randomization method. The total effective rate, serum inflammatory factors IL-6, IgG4 and TNF-α levels, symptom disappearance time, and adverse drug reaction rates were compared between the two groups. Results: The total effective rate of the observation group was 94%, which was higher than that of the control group (76%), and the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). There were no significant differences in the IL-6, IgG4 and TNF-α levels between the two groups before the treatment (P>0.05). After the treatment, the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in the two groups were lower than those before the treatment, and the level of IgG4 was higher than that before the treatment;the levels of IL-6 and TNF-α in the observation group were lower than those in the control group, and the level of IgG4 was lower than that in the control group;and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The time of high fever regression, sore throat relief, and pharyngeal and tonsil congestion relieving were shorter in the observation group than those in the control group, and the differences were statistically significant (P<0.05). The adverse reaction rates were 4% in the observation group and 6% in the control group, there was no significant difference between the two groups (P>0.05). Conclusions: Amoxicillin and Clavulanate potassium tablets combined with Chuanwang Xiaoyan tablets in the treatment of patients with acute pharyngotonsillitis is superior to single Amoxicillin and Clavulanate potassium tablets.
