摘要
目的观察鸟巢式护理在新生儿护理中的应用效果。方法选择本院2017年10月—2018年10月接收的新生儿作为研究对象,一共60例,随机分组,各组为30例,对照组新生儿使用传统方式包裹新生儿,观察组新生儿在常规护理的前提下,使用鸟巢式护理措施进行干预。比较两组新生儿的血氧饱和度、体温波动情况、睡眠时间、出暖箱时间、疼痛评分、体质量、身高、头围增长情况。结果和对照组对比,观察组新生儿的各项指标明显更优,数据差异存在统计学意义,P<0.05。结论鸟巢式护理在新生儿护理中的应用效果确切满意,可以有效地改善新生儿生长发育指标。
Objective To observe the application effect of bird nest nursing in neonatal nursing.Methods 60 newborns received in the hospital from October 2017 to October 2018 were randomly divided into 30 groups.The newborns in the control group were wrapped in traditional way.The newborns in the observation group were intervened with nest nursing measures on the premise of routine nursing.The oxygen saturation,body temperature fluctuation,sleeping time,warm box time,pain score,body weight,height and head circumference of the two groups were compared.Results Compared with the control group,the neonatal indicators in the observation group were significantly better,with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion The application effect of bird nest nursing in neonatal care is satisfactory,it can effectively improve the growth and development index of neonates.
