摘要 基于对航空铝合金薄壁零件上3D打印技术应用的研究,首先,阐述3D打印技术基本内容。然后,分析航空铝合金薄壁零件上3D打印技术的应用特点,其中包括制作复杂零部件产品较为迅速、实现原材料的高效利用等。最后,给出航空铝合金薄壁零件上3D打印技术的应用,给出在机械定位误差中的应用、在匹配误差中的应用等。 Based on the research on the application of 3D printing technology on aviation aluminum alloy thin-walled parts, firstly, the basic content of 3D printing technology is described. Then, the application characteristics of 3D printing technology on aviation aluminum alloy thin-walled parts are analyzed, including the rapid manufacture of complex parts and the efficient utilization of raw materials. Finally, the application of 3D printing technology on aviation aluminum alloy thin-walled parts is given, and the application in mechanical positioning error and matching error are given.
