摘要
针对济源市机械加工企业生产中存在的问题,构建了机械加工行业数字化车间管理系统,提出了具体的APS高级计划排程,并利用RFID结合KW21Z技术具体设计出了制造车间物联网系统平台,研究开发适应机械加工行业车间生产特点的数字化车间管理系统,实现机械加工行业生产过程的数字化,全面提高车间生产效率,优化生产工序,降低了物料消耗和企业成本,促进了信息化和工业化深度融合。
In view of the problems existing in the production of machining enterprises in Jiyuan City, the digital workshop management system of machining industry is constructed, and the concrete APS advanced planning and scheduling is put forward. By using RFID and KW21Z technology, the system platform of Internet of things in manufacturing workshop is designed, and the digital workshop management system which adapts to the production characteristics of machining industry is developed to realize the digitization of production process in machining industry. It comprehensively improves the production efficiency of the workshop, optimizes the production process, reduces the material consumption and enterprise cost, and promotes the deep integration of information and industrialization.
