摘要
目的探讨思维导图在临床医学专业麻醉教学中的应用效果。方法选取南京医科大学康达学院2016级临床医学专业本科学生68人,随机将其分为对照组(n=33,常规教学法)和试验组(n=35,思维导图教学与常规教学法相结合)。比较两组考试成绩和教学满意度,分析试验组学生对思维导图教学法的评价。结果试验组考试成绩和教学满意度明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。问卷调查显示,试验组接近90%学生对思维导图教学持肯定态度,认为思维导图有助于激发学习兴趣、发散临床思维、加深理解记忆,仅少部分学生认为思维导图教学会增加学习负担。结论将思维导图应用于临床医学专业学生麻醉教学中,有助于提高学生的学习效率,并提升教学满意度。
Objective To explore the application effect of mind mapping in anesthesia teaching of clinical medical students. Methods Sixty-eight undergraduate students of clinical medicine at Kangda College of Nanjing Medical University in 2016 were randomly divided into control group (n=33, conventional teaching method) and experimental group (n=35, mind mapping teaching combined with conventional teaching method). The test results and teaching satisfaction of the two groups were compared, and the evaluation of mind mapping teaching method by students in the experimental group was analyzed. Results The test score and teaching satisfaction of the experimental group were significantly higher than those of the control group (P<0.05). Questionnaire survey showed that nearly 90% students in the experimental group hold positive attitude towards mind mapping teaching, who believed that mind mapping can stimulate learning interest, diverge clinical thinking and deepen understanding of memory, but only a few students thought that mind mapping teaching increased learning burden. Conclusion Mind mapping applied to anesthesia teaching of clinical medical students is helpful to improve students' learning efficiency and teaching satisfaction.
