摘要
冲击地压已成为严重威胁煤矿安全生产的重大自然灾害之一。近年来,随着开采深度不断增加以及开采条件的日益复杂,发生冲击地压的煤矿数量也越来越多,鄂尔多斯呼吉尔特矿区部分煤矿也相继发生不同程度的冲击地压现象。该区域内某矿已由建设期全面转入生产期,随着各采掘工作面的不断推进,采掘地点的不断增多,该矿冲击地压现象开始显现,大能量微震事件频发。为了克服冲击地压给矿井安全生产带来的威胁,避免或减少冲击地压事故发生,该煤矿针对冲击地压的安全技术管理作了大量的研究、探讨和实践。通过留设大煤柱,并进行了大煤柱防冲的实践与效果检验,形成了一套较为完善的冲击地压综合防治安全技术管理模式,取得了较好的效果,实现了“有震无灾”,促进了矿井安全生产形势稳定发展。本文以该矿调整大煤柱方案为研究对象,分析了不同开采方案的可行性,论证了不同宽度煤柱下技术经济比较,并以此研究了大煤柱留设的合理性及恢复生产初段的安全回采措施。
Rockburst has become one of the major natural disasters that seriously threaten the safety of coal mine production.In recent years,with the increasing depth of coal mining and the increasing complexity of mining conditions,the number of coal mines with rock burst is also increasing.Some coal mines in Ordos Hujirt mining area have also undergone rock burst phenomena in different degrees.A mine in this region has developed into production period from construction period,with the gradual advancement of mining faces and the increase of mining sites,the phenomenon of rock burst in the mine has begun to appear,and the high-energy microseismic events have occurred frequently.In order to overcome the threat of rock burst to mine safety production and avoid or reduce the occurrence of rock burst accidents,the coal mine has done a lot of research,discussion and practice on the safety technology management of rock burst.Through setting up large coal pillars and carrying out the anti-impact practice and effect test of large coal pillars,a set of relatively perfect safety technology management mode for comprehensive prevention and control of rock burst has been formed,which has achieved good results---"quake without disasters",and has promoted the stable development of mine safety production.Taking the adjustment of large coal pillar in this mine as the research object,this paper analyses the feasibility of different mining schemes,demonstrates the technical and economic comparison among coal pillars under different widths,and studies the rationality of large coal pillar setting and the safety mining measures during the initial production-resuming section.
