摘要
随着现代对于自动化技术在工业领域的普及力度的加强、普及广泛性的深入,机器视觉在自动化工业中占有越来越重要的位置。针对《视觉检测系统设计与实践》课程设计要求利用MATLAB的图形用户界面设计出可以根据用户自身的需要,对所拍摄的图片进行颜色的识别以及基本形状参数的自动计算,例如四边形的边长、夹角以及椭圆中心点的位置、椭圆倾斜角等参数的计算的系统。相对于传统的工件检测,此系统可以随着使用者的需要,没有大小位置等因素的限制提取单个零件的信息进行检测。
With the strengthening of the popularization of modern automation technology in the industrial field and the deepening of its universality,machine vision plays an increasingly important role in the automation industry.In view of the Visual Detection System Design and Practice curriculum design using MATLAB graphical user interface design can according to user needs,to photograph is used to identify the color of the pictures and the automatic calculation of basic shape parameters,such as square side length,angle and the position of the center of el.lipse,elliptical angle calculation of parameters,such as system.Compared with the traditional workpiece detection,this system can extract the information of a single part for detection according to the needs of the user without the limitation of size and location and other factors.
