从众心理视角下大学生主体性就业探析 被引量:13

On the Subjective Employment of College Students from Perspective of Herd Psychology

摘要 从众心理作为社会心理学重要概念理论之一,在个体参与社会活动时主要发挥两个方面重要作用:一方面,引导个体规范和调整自身的行为准则以适应社会发展的需要;另一方面,促使个体在追求目标的过程中逐渐舍弃个性和内需以达到与外界暂时的平衡。大学是学生思想成熟、性格塑造以及道德成型的关键时期,在此成长阶段,大学生普遍缺乏判断与甄别能力,在实现个人价值时极易受到从众心理影响。该影响突出表现在大学生择业就业过程中,从众心理通常会改变大学生就业选择与目标。而随着社会受教育程度普遍提升,人才之间竞争日益增大,个人自主性与创造性成为核心竞争力。大学生在择业与就业过程中需要克服从众心理,突出自主意识与创新意识,充分发挥自我创新思维与优势条件,进而寻求合适就业岗位。因而,以学校为着力点、以家庭和社会为支撑点对大学生进行主体性就业指导,具有客观现实性和必要性。 As one of the important conceptual theories of social psychology, herd psychology plays two important roles when individuals participate in social activities. On the one hand, it guides individuals to regulate and adjust their own codes of conduct to meet the needs of social development;on the other hand, it urges individuals to gradually abandon their personality and domestic needs in the pursuit of goals in order to achieve a temporary balance with the outside world. University is a critical period for students to mature their thoughts, shape their personality and shape their morality. In the growth stage, college students generally lack the ability of judgment and screening, and are vulnerable to the influence of herd mentality in realizing their personal values. This influence is mainly manifested in the process of College Students’ choosing jobs and employment. Following the crowd mentality usually changes college students’ employment choices and goals. With the general improvement of social education, the competition among talents is increasing. Individual autonomy and creativity become the core competitiveness. College students need to overcome herd mentality, highlight self-consciousness and innovation consciousness, give full play to self-innovative thinking and advantages in the process of job selection and employment, and then seek suitable employment posts. Therefore, it is objective, realistic and necessary to give college students subjective employment guidance with school as the focus and family and society as the support.
