摘要
在区域经济社会发展过程中,物流业发挥着重要作用,相应地就对物流人才培养提出了更高要求。而地方性高校作为培养应用型人才的主阵地,其人才培养状况尤其值得关注。文中将以区域经济发展这一更高的视角来审视物流人才培养,并以绵阳师范学院为研究载体,分别从校企政协同育人、优化人才培养模式、培养学生实践创新能力和引导人才服务当地等四个方面提出了物流人才培养的优化路径。
During the development course of regional economy,the logistics industry plays a vital role,which correspondingly places higher demands on logistics talent cultivation.As the battle position of fostering applicative talents,local colleges and universities deserve special attention in terms of personnel education.In this article,from the more in-depth perspective of regional economy development,examines the cultivation of logistics talent.Regarding Mianyang Teachers' College as the research subject,puts forward optimal paths of logistics talent cultivation from the following four aspects:collaborative education between school,enterprise and government,enhancing talent cultivation mode,training students' practice and innovation ability,and guiding talents to serve the local economy.
