摘要
目的了解中国3个直辖市(北京、重庆、上海)流动育龄妇女人工流产现况并分析其影响因素,为针对性预防和减少人工流产提供科学依据。方法利用国家科技部“十二五”科技支撑计划项目的数据,采用有序多分类Logistic回归,重点探索流动特征等因素与人工流产之间的关联。结果 3 782例研究对象中,944例发生过至少1次人工流产,人工流产比例为24.9%。人工流产主要原因为“避孕失败”和“未采取避孕措施”,相当比例的研究对象(10.9%)报告“胎儿质量不好”。有序多分类Logistic回归显示,控制年龄、婚姻状况、文化程度、职业、家庭人均月收入等因素后,首次外出打工年龄较小、首次性行为年龄较小、存在性压抑、有婚前性行为的流动育龄妇女发生人工流产的比例较高。结论流动育龄妇女人工流产比例较高,应重点针对首次外出打工年龄较小、首次性行为年龄较小、存在性压抑、有婚前性行为的流动育龄妇女展开人工流产干预措施。
Objective To explore the status and influencing factors of abortion among migrant women of childbearing age in 3 municipalities of China (Beijing,Shanghai and Chongqing) in order to provide reference for further amelioration of induced service. Methods As a cross sectional study,data was selected from the National Key Technology Research and Development Program of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China during the 12 th Five-year Plan,while ordinal logistic regression model was applied to find out the relationship. Results The prevalence of abortion among migrant women of childbearing age was 24.9%(944/3 782).Women reported that why they chose abortion was mainly because of “no contraception” and “fail of contraception”.A proportion of 10.9% of women who had abortion reported “bad fetal quality”.With the control for age,marital status,educational level,job status,per capita monthly income of household, Logistic analysis found that migrant women who had lower age of first migration, lower age of first sexual intercourse,sex depression, premarital sex were more potentially exposed to abortion. Conclusions The proportion of induced abortion among migrant women of childbearing age was high.Migrant women who had lower age of first migration,lower age of first sexual intercourse,sex depression,premarital sex should be specially provided with sexual and reproductive health education and intervention measures for induced abortion.
