摘要
鉴于风景园林设计项目的复杂性和系统性,优秀的设计团队需要有优秀的项目负责人统筹和协调不同专业间的合作与沟通。本文从风景园林设计实践所需要的核心技能出发,阐述项目负责人的职业要求,并针对风景园林专业研究生的培养模式,提出“三大能力”和“两个立足与两个注重”的具体培养措施。
Given the complexity and systematisms of lan dscape architecture desig n projects,the excellent design team needs the professional project managers to in tegrate and coord inate the cooperat ion and comm unication among differe nt specialties.Based on the core skills in the practice of landscape architecture,the main idea of this paper is to expound the occupat ional requireme nts of project managers combined the aim of the cultivation to landscape architecture postgraduates.Moreover,it puts forward the concrete cultivation measures of"three abilities"and"two bases and two stresses."
