土壤湿度对鄱阳湖湿地植物芽库萌发和生长的影响 被引量:4

摘要 土壤水分含量对非淹水期湿地植物的生长与繁殖影响较大,但目前相关研究不足。为了研究土壤湿度对湿地植物芽库萌发和生长的影响,本文采用控制实验分析不同土壤湿度条件(0%,20%,40%,60%,80%,100%)下鄱阳湖湿地3种优势植物(灰化薹草(Carex cinerascens)、南荻(Miscanthus lutarioriparius)和虉草(Phalaris arundinacea))芽的萌发率、萌发时间及生物量等指标。研究发现:土壤湿度变化对灰化薹草、虉草、南荻芽的萌发率产生显著影响(P<0.05),土壤水分干旱或过度饱和均能抑制3种植物芽的萌发。南荻和虉草芽的萌发率随土壤湿度的增加呈现先升高后降低的趋势,而灰化薹草芽的萌发率随土壤湿度的增加而显著下降(P<0.05)。不同土壤湿度条件下,3种植物芽的萌发率均为虉草>南荻>灰化薹草,土壤湿度达80%时,虉草芽的萌发率明显高于灰化薹草和南荻。另外,在不同土壤湿度下,南荻的生物量显著高于其它两种植物,而当土壤湿度小于60%时,灰化薹草的根长大于南荻和虉草。本研究结果表明,退水后湿地洲滩土壤水分含量能够影响植物芽的萌发与生长。研究结果能够为揭示鄱阳湖植被群落的分布格局提供重要依据。 Soil water content has been shown to affect the growth and reproduction of wetland plants during non-inundation period.However,the relationship between soil moisture and bud germination,growth of those plants are still poorly understood.In this study,we experimentally investigated the effects of soil moisture gradients(100%,80%,60%,40%,20%,0%) on bud germination and growth of three dominant species( Carex cinerascens,Miscanthus lutarioriparius and Phalaris arundinacea ) in Lake Poyang wetlands.Results showed that soil moisture significantly affected the germination rate of C.cinerascens,M.lutarioriparius and P.arundinacea ( P <0.05),which could be constrained by either dry or saturation soil water conditions.We found that increasing soil moisture stimulated the germination rates of M.lutarioriparius and P.arundinacea and then limited their germintation when soil moisture over 80%.While germination rate of C.cinerascens decreased with soil water content increased( P <0.05).Meanwhile, P.arundinacea had much higher germination rate than other two species at 80% soil moisture,indicating that it favored a wetter habitat.Additionally,larger biomass production was observed in M.lutarioriparius under different soil water gradients.And C.cinerascens had longer root length than M.lutarioriparius and P.arundinacea when soil moisture was less than 60%.These findings demonstrated that the germination and growth of wetland plants were strongly affected by soil moisture after water receded,providing important clues for exploring the spatial distribution of plants community in Lake Poyang wetlands.
