摘要
目的:研究分析中医护理技术在混合痔术后疼痛患者中的应用效果。方法:将2016年9月―2018年9月在我院实施混合痔手术的60例患者作为本次研究对象,以随机分组法将其分为两组,每组各30例患者,一组为常规组予以常规护理技术,一组为中医组予以中医护理技术,对其护理效果进行分析。结果:①两组患者在护理前视觉模拟评分没有差异,无统计学意义(P>0.05);两组患者在护理后视觉模拟评分差异显著,具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。②中医组患者护理满意度100.0%高于常规组患者护理满意度80.0%,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。③中医组患者护理总有效率100.0%高于常规组患者护理总有效率73.3%,数据差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:混合痔术后疼痛患者应用中医护理技术有着重要的意义,在缓解患者疼痛的同时也提高护理的质量,值得推广使用。
Objective:To study and analyze the application effect of traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology in patients with postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids.Methods:60 patients undergoing mixed hemorrhoid surgery in our hospital from September 2016 to September 2018 were selected as the subjects of this study.They were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 patients in each group.One group was given routine nursing technology,and the other group was given TCM nursing technology.The nursing effect was analyzed.Results:①There was no difference in visual simulation score before nursing between the two groups,which was with no statistical significance(P>0.05).There were significant differences in visual simulation scores between the two groups after nursing(P<0.05).②The nursing satisfaction of patients in the TCM group was 100.0%,which was higher than 80.0%in the conventional group,which was with significant difference(P<0.05).③The total nursing efficiency of patients in the TCM group was 100.0%,which was higher than that in the conventional group,73.3%,which was with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion:It is of great significance to apply traditional Chinese medicine nursing technology to patients with postoperative pain of mixed hemorrhoids,which can not only alleviate the pain of patients but also improve the quality of nursing,and is worthy of promotion and application.
