病证结合模式下骨质疏松症实验动物模型的研究进展 被引量:14

摘要 随着老龄化社会的到来,骨质疏松症(osteoporosis,OP)已成为全球范围内严重危害人们健康的常见慢性疾病之一。中医药是我国独特的医疗卫生资源,在骨质疏松症防治方面具有一定的优势。动物模型是医学实验研究过程中的重要载体,采用病证结合动物模型研究疾病已成为中医药研究的重要内容,是中医药现代化研究中不可或缺的部分。本文旨在对目前常用的骨质疏松症动物模型和病证结合动物模型的构建及评价方法进行总结,以期为从事骨质疏松症实验研究的科研工作者提供参考。 With the advent of an aging society, osteoporosis has become one of the most common chronic diseases that seriously endanger people ’s health worldwide. Traditional Chinese medicine is a unique medical and health resource in China. It has certain advantage in the prevention and treatment of osteoporosis. Animal model is an important carrier in the process of medical experimental research. The use of disease syndrome combined with animal model to study disease has become an important part of traditional Chinese medicine research, and it is an indispensable part of modernization research of traditional Chinese medicine. This paper aims to summarize the current construction and evaluation method of osteoporosis model and disease syndrome combination model, in order to provide reference for researchers engaged in experimental research of osteoporosis.
