摘要
目的探讨精细化护理对冠状动脉(冠脉)复杂病变经皮冠脉介入治疗(PCI)后患者治疗依从性及不良情绪的影响。方法选取2018年1月至6月就诊于解放军总医院第七医学中心心内科并成功行PCI的冠脉复杂病变患者100例,随机分为对照组和观察组,每组各50例,对照组给予常规护理,观察组给予精细化护理,两组患者出院3个月后治疗依从性、不良情绪及护理满意度进行比较。结果出院3个月观察组治疗依从性及护理满意度明显优于对照组,观察组SAS、SDS评分明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论精细化护理有助于降低患者不良情绪,提高治疗依从性,增加护理满意度。
Objective To investigate the influence of fine nursing on treatment compliance and negative emotions in patients with complex coronary lesions after percutaneous coronary intervention(PCI). Methods The patients undergone PCI(n=100) were chosen from Department of Cardiology in Seventh Medical Center of Chinese PLA General Hospital from Jan. 2018 to June 2018, and divided randomly into control group and observation group(each n=50). The control group was given routine nursing and observation group was given fine nursing. The treatment compliance, negative emotions and degree of satisfaction to nursing service were compared between 2 groups after the patients were discharged for 3 months. Results The treatment compliance and degree of satisfaction to nursing service were significantly superior in observation group to those in control group, and scores of SAS and SDS were significantly lower in observation group than those in control group(all P<0.05). Conclusion Fine nursing is conducive for decreasing patients’ negative emotions, increasing treatment compliance and improving degree of satisfaction to nursing service.
