摘要
依据国家标准要求在不同场所进行采样,并按照国家标准规定进行微生物项目的检测和结果判定。结果显示2016~2017年本研究采集瓶(桶)装饮用水样品2类共550组,总不合格率为3.82%;其中饮用矿泉水全部合格,包装饮用水不合格率3.86%,不合格样品中均有铜绿假单胞菌检出,且均为大桶装包装饮用水。包装饮用水中铜绿假单胞菌检出率与包装规格存在相关性。
Collecting samples in different places in accordance with the requirements of national standards, the microbe were examined and the results were judged according to the national standards. The results showed that from 2016 to 2017, the study collected 550 samples of bottled (barreled) drinking water for two categories, the total percent defective was 3.82%;all of the natural mineral water was up to standard, the percent defective was 3.86% of packaged drinking water, and Pseudomonas aeruginosa was detected in all defective samples, and all were packed drinking water in barrels. There was a correlation between the detection rate of Pseudomonas aeruginosa and packaging specifications in packaged drinking water.
