摘要
文章评估了11周龄到首次分娩期间不同喂养方式对幼兔采食量、瘦素、非酯化脂肪酸、血清总蛋白水平以及生产性能的影响。试验选择11周龄母兔36只,随机分为3组,分别为对照日粮组(C组)、限饲对照日粮组(T1组)和自由采食高纤维组(T2组)。在饲养期间(11~16周),T1组的可消化能、可消化蛋白摄入量最低,同时机体蛋白质、能量和血清瘦素水平在16周和第一次授精表现最低(P<0.05)。各组妊娠期和哺乳期的日采食量、产仔数、产仔重基本相同(P>0.05)。第一次授精时,所有组机体脂肪含量、血清瘦素和总蛋白水平最高(P<0.05)。T1组和C组分娩前后血清非酯化脂肪酸水平显著高于T2组(P<0.05)。综上所述,家兔在饲养期间和第1次妊娠期间自由采食高纤维日粮,在分娩时脂肪动员较低,并且在分娩后第11天往往具有较高的繁殖性能,且不影响哺乳期采食量。
This study evaluated the effects of different feeding methods from 11 week to the first parturition on feed intake,leptin,non-esterified fatty acids,serum total protein levels and the production performance of young rabbits.Thirty-six 11w rabbits were selected and randomly divided into three groups:the free diet control group(C),the restricted diet control group(T1)and the free diet high fiber group(group T2).During the feeding period(11 ~ 16 w),the digestible energy and digestible protein intake of group T1 were the lowest,and the body protein,energy and serum leptin levels were the lowest at 16 w and the first insemination(P < 0.05).The daily feed intake,litter size and litter weight were basically the same between each group during pregnancy and lactation(P > 0.05).At the first insemination,the body fat content,serum leptin and total protein levels were the highest in all groups(P < 0.05).The serum level of non-esterified fatty acids in T1 group and C group was significantly higher than that in T2 group(P < 0.05).In conclusion,during feeding and the first pregnancy,rabbits were free to eat high-fiber diets,which had a low fat mobilization during childbirth,and often had a high reproductive performance on the 11th day after delivery,without affecting the feeding amount during lactation.
