摘要
目的探讨溃疡性结肠炎患者的疾病不确定感体验。方法采用质性研究中的现象学研究方法,对14名溃疡性结肠炎术后患者进行半结构访谈,并用现象学分析法进行资料分析。结果溃疡性结肠炎术后患者存在的不确定感体验包括对疾病的复杂性不确定、对疾病变化过程不确定、对支持的不确定及焦虑的心理状态;应对方式包括主动寻求相关知识及信息、调整顺应以及寻求各方面支持。结论溃疡性结肠炎术后患者疾病不确定感体验反映了在治疗和健康教育上存在的不足,应加强针对这一人群的健康教育的干预,降低溃疡性结肠炎患者疾病不确定感的体验,从而提高患者生活质量。
Objectives To explore the experience of disease uncertainty in patients with ulcerative colitis. Methods Fourteen patients with ulcerative colitis were interviewed by the method of phenomenological study in qualitative study. Results The patients with ulcerative colitis had experience of uncertainty, which included uncertainty of the complexity of the disease, uncertainty of the change process of the disease, uncertainty of support and anxiety. Countermeasures include actively seeking relevant knowledge and information, adjustment and adaptation, and seeking all aspects of support. Conclusions Postoperative patients with ulcerative colitis sense of uncertainty in illness experience reflects their lack and deficiency exists in the treatment and management, and we will do this population health management intervention project, reduce the uncertainty in ulcerative colitis patients with disease of experience, so as to improve the quality of life of patients.
