摘要
随着全球人口结构迅速变化,60岁及以上人口成为增长最快部分,这是不得不面对的现实。由机体衰老和皮肤老化引发的各种老年皮肤病越来越普遍,然而目前尚未受到足够关注和重视。老年皮肤病特征与成人有所不同,因此无论诊断、管理还是随访都是一项富有挑战的工作。为了突出老年人常见皮肤病问题,我们在这里系统介绍老年皮肤病的流行病学、皮肤病理生理改变和常见疾病病种,并提出相应的管理建议。
With the rapid changes in the age structure of the global population, those aged 60 and over are the fastest growing segment of the population. Various senile skin diseases caused by aging become more common, but they have not received sufficient attention. The characteristics of geriatric skin dieases are different from those of adults, so the diagnosis, management and follow-up of senile patients with skin diseases remain a challenging task. In an attempt to highlight the common skin diseases in the elderly, the epidemiology, skin pathophysiological changes and common dermatological diseases have been reviewed, and corresponding management recommendations has been proposed.
