摘要
以有限元软件计算为主要研究手段,模拟分析48BWP9全焊接球阀在复合载荷下的失效过程。根据厂方提供的焊接方法和工艺参数,预制了焊接接头的残余应力,并对管道阀门的压缩过程进行分析。按照ASME Ⅷ-2第五章附录5A应力分类线的选择中的规定,应用等效线性法对压缩过程模拟的应力进行了分析,分析结果表明,球阀在复合载荷下,各项应力值低于其应力校核值,表明阀体应力在管道失效时处于安全水平。综合模拟分析结果,48BWP9全焊接球阀在复合载荷下失效的位置主要出现在管道上而不是球阀处,其密封和阀杆转动功能正常,表明焊接球阀具有足够的强度和刚度,符合抗压缩性能的需求。
The failure process of 48 BWP9 fully welded ball valve under combined load was simulated and analyzed by means of finite element software calculation.According to the welding method and process parameters provided by the manufacturer,the residual stress of the welded joint was prefabricated,and the compression process of the pipeline valve was analyzed.According to the standard of ASME Ⅷ,the equivalent linear method was applied to analyze the stress of the compression process simulation.The analysis results show that the stress of the valve body is at a safety level in the event of a pipe failure under compound load.According to the comprehensive simulation analysis,the compound load failure process of 48 BWP9 all-welded ball valve occurs on the pipeline instead of the ball valve.The sealing and stem can rotate normally,indicating that the welded ball valve has sufficient to meet the anti-compression performance demand.
