摘要
为保证高炉安全生产、保护铁口及炉缸的铁口周围部分、减轻铁口砖衬的侵蚀、利用钛精炮泥维护铁口,生产试验证明钛精炮泥可降低铁口区炉缸侧壁温度、提高铁口孔道抗铁水、炉渣的冲刷能力。
In order to assure the BF’s safety production, protect the taphole and the part around it, lighten erosion of taphole brickliner, the Titanium-containing taphole clay is used to maintain taphole. The production experiment has proved that Titanium-containing taphole clay can decrease the hearthside temperature around the taphole and enhance the taphole pass’s ability of resisting molten iron and slag washing away.
